Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return any standard stock item within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • A proof of purchase must be provided

  • Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at info@dioptika.com

Exclusions

  • Custom-made, bulk orders, or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

Custom made orders cannot be returned and bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, which will be deducted from your refund. You will be advised of this fee at the time of return approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
